How We Became Tulsa's
Leading Research Company
Dr. Ralph Richter, a former Professor of Neurology at OU Medical School and a graduate of Columbia University Medical School started clinical research early in his illustrious career. After moving to Oklahoma, Dr. Richter started a private practice specializing in the treatment of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, driven by his passion to find better treatments and ultimately a cure. This commitment led him to begin conducting clinical trials over 35 years ago, establishing Tulsa Clinical Research. Over the years, Dr. Richter collaborated with many sponsors, including many in which we continue to work with today, and was notably involved in the trials for the original Alzheimer’s drugs currently available on the market. Central States Research proudly continues his mission to find a cure for Alzheimer’s.
